  • Pre Sales Information Security Training & Consulting

    As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will help support Sales in the technical aspects of the scoping process, utilising your knowledge of Penetration Testing to work with sales team to improve technical quality and tailoring of proposals to reflect individual client requirements or concerns. You'll also be able to make an impact on process improvement, helping to develop and maintain internal tools for Pre-Sales and Sales activities. You'll become a go-to person and a valuable part of the sales process; however this is a technical role and you'll not be selling directly yourself.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with enterprise and commercial sales teams to ensure Xynexis’s solutions are become the first choice and implemented for our most strategic customers
    • Provide technical consultation and solutions mainly on security awareness & training program and other information security projects to customers
    • Liaising with Project Managers to provide feedback from customers about product requirements
    • Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
    • Provide technical supports on security awareness & training program and other information security projects
    • Provide technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of security awareness & training program and other information security projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & service landscape of competitors

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree any major, from reputable university
    • 2 or more years of relevant experience
    • Having experience in the training agency is an added value
    • Strong knowledge of consultancy services on Human Resources Development or Information Security
    • Knowledge of Information Security and IT Governance
    • Familiar with Learning Management System and Information Security Awareness Program
    • Strong background/knowledge in Sales or Marketing is an added value
    • Proficiency in writing technical proposal in English
    • Strong communication & presentation skill of both English and Bahasa
    • Able to effectively engage and communicate with people from different cultures and job position level
    • Proactive and can work independently or as a team
